16 Concert Tours You Won’t Want To Miss

Artists like Taylor Swift, Shakira, and Shania Twain are hitting the road for the first time in what seems like forever.
Plus, you have a couple of former One Direction members doing their own thing. Yes, we’re talking about fan-favorites known as Harry Styles and Niall Horan. 2018 is going to be THE year for concerts, so start saving up now!

Taylor Swift

Taylor Swift’s 1989 World Tour ran from May 2015 all the way until that December. That was what, three years ago now? Her fans have been patiently waiting for T. Swift to get back on the road. Like clockwork, her Reputation Stadium Tour will begin kick off May 2018 in Arizona. She won’t have a break until November when she wraps it all up in New Zealand just before her birthday. The girl doesn’t play around. When she drops an album, she makes it a global event.

Lorde actually kicked off her Melodrama World Tour in September 2017. She was all over the UK and even went down under to Australia. Then she took a much deserved holiday break. So those who missed out the first time or thought they weren’t going to see her in the US, hold your horses. She’ll be back in March 2018 throughout the spring.

Just like Lorde, Pink will hit the road in the US this March 2018 as well. Her Beautiful Trauma World Tour will be her first time back out on tour since 2014. While it’s been a minute since she’s performed on that level, Pink is one of those artists who could hit the stage in her sleep and still impress. Make sure to be prepared for her signature aerial stunts.

Shania Twain

Artists like Shania Twain could take a decade off and still return to sold-out shows. She didn’t quite take THAT long, but it has been three years since she embarked on a tour of this size. Country fans can catch Shania hitting her native Canada, the US, and the UK from May through October in 2018 on her Now Tour. Can you believe that Now is only her fifth studio album in her lengthy career? We’re shocked.

Harry Styles

Sometimes boy bands just don’t work out. We all knew Justin Timberlake was destined to be bigger than *NSYNC, just like we later knew the same about Harry Styles and One Direction. When the group decided to try their hands at the solo thing, it was clear that his star was the brightest. He started his own tour in September 2017 and has had little downtime since. He’ll continue on into the new year through the fall. Eager fans have already sold out shows that are almost a year away!

Niall Horan

If anyone can attract a massive audience the way that Harry does, it’s got to be his bandmate Harry Styles. The two have totally different ~styles~ so there’s a little something for everyone with 1D’s solo acts. Despite not being the JT of One Direction, Niall is doing his own thing next year and so far, he’s been doing it well. His Flicker World Tour will hit four continents and have almost 80 dates. Starting in March and wrapping in September, fans have a lot of chances to check him out.

If it seems like it’s been way too long since Shakira has toured, that’s because it has! She went out on her The Sun Comes Out World Tour in 2010 and 2011. It’s not like she’s been sitting around since, but we haven’t had many chances to see her perform. Since wrapping up that lengthy run, she’s had two little boys. No word on if they’ll be with her on the El Dorado World Tour. We hope so, though!

The Killers

Coming out of my cage and I been doing JUST FINE! Fans of The Killers have been sitting around for the past five years wondering what was going on with one of their fave bands. It turns out they were hard at work on recording a new album and planning a massive world tour in support of Wonderful Wonderful. Fans have a chance to see the Las Vegas band play now through next summer! Don’t miss out!

Maroon 5

Don’t you kind of wish The Killers and Maroon 5 would have just teamed up for one mega-tour? In our wildest dreams, this is all we could hope for. In reality, The Killers and Maroon 5 have decided to do their own thing. Which is totally fine. I guess. The last time Maroon 5 went on tour it lasted two years. This time they are toning things down a bit. The Red Pill Blues Tour will only run for a few months in 2018 so buy your tickets NOW.

Foo Fighters

Rock and roll fans get ready because the Foo Fighters are coming for you. Their fans down in Australia and even South America are going to get a heavy dose of their classic rock sound at the start of the year. Then they’ll bring it back home to the States in late April through the fall. If their tour is anything like their 2017 Saturday Night Live performance, get ready for a great time.

Kesha & Macklemore

When Kesha first burst onto the scene, she was making music that could be compared to a night at a bar riddled with bad mistakes. Over the years she’s been to hell and back and comes out a symbol of perseverance. She’ll be teaming up with Macklemore for what’s to be quite the experience on The Adventures of Kesha and Macklemore tour in Summer 2018. They’ll be together from Phoenix to Tampa for what is likely the hottest ticket of the summer.

Ed Sheeran

Ed Sheeran spent most of his 2017 on the road. Maybe he was running from critics and fans who hated his two-second cameo on Game of Thrones? No, that wasn’t really the case. He was out promoting his third album, and wherever he didn’t hit in 2017, he seems dead set on coming to in 2018. Seriously, he’s going to be everywhere from Japan to Poland to US cities he missed the first time around.

Game of Thrones Live Concert Experience

Not all concerts have to feature the biggest names in music. They can also feature the biggest deal on TV. That’s right. Game of Thrones is bringing their scores to fans in the UK in 2018. That’s very exciting considering the Game of Thrones Live Concert Experience only hit the US and Canada in 2017. Don’t worry though, if you are in the States. It is circling back to the US for its third leg starting September 5. Note that it’s likely you won’t see the stars on stage, just the music!

Dua Lipa

2017 was a great year for Dua Lipa. She dropped her debut album and went on tour with not only Coldplay but Bruno Mars. She’s following that up with her own run. At the end of the year, she was all over the UK and East Coast. Come 2018, she’ll be hitting major cities across the US. With not that many chances to see her in the States, tickets are going fast!

Sam Smith

Sam Smith is without a doubt one of the most celebrated artists in the past decade. With only two albums to his name and so far one tour, he’s managed to put the globe under his spell. Yes, he’s only gone on tour once — back in 2015. He’s about to make up for a lot of lost time when he’s on the road seven months in 2018.

Demi Lovato & DJ Khaled

Demi Lovato and DJ Khaled are teaming up for the Demi x Khaled Tour starting February 2018 in San Diego. The former Disney star will be promoting her 2017 release, Tell Me You Love Me while DJ Khaled will be… well, likely Snapchatting a lot of his set. He’s the renowned king of Snapchatting. So make sure to follow him before you get your tickets for all the major updates from the road.
